Before 2009, Dato Steven was actively involved in real estate investments in Taipei and New Taipei, where he accumulated extensive industry experience. With strong investment performance, he began to expand his vision to overseas markets.
In 2009, he was invited to Malaysia for a market visit, which left a strong impression of the local real estate potential. Shortly after, he conducted a month-long, in-depth study of the Malaysian market. Having thoroughly reviewed market information and legal regulations, he made the decision to enter into property investment and transactions in Malaysia.
